1. What is Arbong?

Arbong is a marketplace where South Asian origin buyers and sellers can list, discover, and trade new or pre-loved desi clothing, accessories, and home décor items.

2. Who can use Arbong?

Anyone aged 15 or older, with a valid email address, and living in Finland can create an Arbong account to buy or sell.

3. What can I buy or sell on Arbong?

  • Clothing & Accessories: Sarees, kurtas, lehengas, jewellery, handbags, and more.
  • Home & Décor: Cushions, wall art, lamps, tableware, textiles, etc.

4. How do I create an account?

  • Click Sign Up. You can register with your Google/Gmail account or via email.
  • Verify your email or phone.
  • Complete your profile (optional photo, phone number, and bio).

5. How do I list an item for sale?

  • Click Sell Now in the top menu.
  • Upload at least 3 clear photos.
  • Choose a category and subcategory.
  • Add a descriptive title, condition, detailed product information, and your asking price.
  • Select delivery method and item location.
  • Click Publish—your listing goes live instantly.

5. Are there any fees or commissions?

Arbong is completely free. There are no listing fees or commissions.

6. How do I ship or deliver items?

Sellers and buyers arrange in-person pickup or shipping with tracking, per their mutual agreement. You can offer flat-rate, calculated-rate, or local pickup options. 

7. What is the return and refund policy?

  • Sellers specify their own return window (for example, 7 days for “not as described”).
  • Buyers must request a return through Arbong within the seller’s stated window.

8. How do I communicate with buyers/sellers?

Use Arbong’s built-in messaging inbox—keep all details on-platform for your protection. Do not share personal contact info until you’re ready to finalize the deal.

9. How can I edit or delete my listing?

Go to My Listings in your dashboard and click Edit or Remove next to the item you wish to update.

10. How do I report a problem or suspicious user?

On any listing or profile, click Report. Provide details, and our Trust & Safety team will investigate within 24–48 hours.
